Events

In this ranking, we consider tournaments that satisfy the following conditions:

• Large-scale french events
• With results available online (challonge, start.gg)
• Open to all (not invitation-based)
• On arcade hardware (cabs or superguns)
• No team tournaments

Using these conditions, we gathered results from the following events: If we have missed any such event, let us know.

We also archived the results of the following tournaments, even if they don't score any points:

Ranking Formula

Our ranking is not an indication of player skill. Our formula tries to compensate for the fact that some players have competed in very few tournaments.

Double-elimination tournaments are classified in two categories: major and minor tournaments. Points for a result in a tournament are given in the table below:

These points then get muliplied by a factor that depends on how old the tournament is. An old tournament only counts for 2 thirds of a recent one.

Finally, we establish a player's total score by using only their three best scores. Each score gets muliplied by a final factor, to compensate for players having fewer results.
